About Our Returns Policy

Rucker Healthcare returns policy offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.  Items shipped from Rucker Healthcare, including Online Stores, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions:

Aids for Daily Living

In most returns cases, unused or unopened box items purchased from Rucker Healthcare and shipped from Rucker Healthcare can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Ambulatory & Mobility Aids

 If you've purchased a defective ambulatory/ mobility item returns, shipped from and sold by Rucker Healthcare, that is covered by a published manufacturer warranty, Rucker Healthcare honors the warranty. Rucker Healthcare returns policy will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.

Incontinence Supplies & Bathroom Safety

Incontinence  products returns are not returnable but may be refunded or replaced within 30 days of delivery if the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered.  

Respiratory

Respiratory equipment returns policy are returnable for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment. If the item is damaged or defective, Rucker Healthcare will help you solve the problem, or provide a free replacement. Contact the manufacturer directly for product registration and warranty-related information.


Medical Supplies

Refers to non-durable disposable healthcare materials returns

Enteral Nutrition

 Enteral food and similar products returns policy are not returnable to Rucker Healthcare, but may be refundable.

Diabetic

Diabetic items (including Blood Glucose Monitors) and skin care products returns policy are not returnable to Rucker Healthcare but may be refunded or replaced.

Orthotics

Unopened box items returns policy purchased from Rucker Healthcare and shipped from Rucker Healthcare can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.


The exception to this are items that are purchased with optional customization options, other than size and color. 

Ostomy

Items purchased in Oviedo, Fl. can be returned within 45 days of receipt of shipment. 


Ostomy supplies returns must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.

Prosthetic

Unopened box items returns policy purchased from Rucker Healthcare and shipped from Rucker Healthcare can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.


The exception to this are items that are purchased with optional customization options, other than size and color. 

Wound Care

You can request a returns policy or refund for any reason within 45 days of receipt of shipment.


We accept the returns of wound care items that are unopened and in their original packaging.


Unboxed, expanded, full size, bulky products are not returnable, but are eligible for a refund.

If the product type isn't listed or doesn't state another returns time frame, our standard 30-day return policy applies
